Liz Rutherford

Growing up in the Winchester area I have over 40+ years of knowledge in and around the Shenandoah Valley.  My professional background prior to real estate is in the automotive industry at my family’s local car dealership Kern Motor Company and owner/operator of CFW Credit and Collection Agency Inc. in Winchester, VA.  Through my experience in these professions, I truly know the importance of customer service, reliability, and excellent communication.   My goal is to ensure you have confidence and trust in me to help you with all your real estate needs.

• Graduate of John Handley High School, Winchester, VA
• Graduate of Shenandoah University with a Bachelors of Business Administration
• Married 20+ years, and have 3 children ages ranging from college (JMU GO DUKES!) to elementary school
• Clarke County High School Football Boosters lead volunteer
• Enjoy watching my kids participate in sports from my oldest playing football for JMU, middle son playing football and basketball in high school, and daughter playing a variety of sports and dance
• Love to cook, all sports fan, crochet, read and exercise
